Orders and Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on the stock at hand. Please remember these pieces are all handmade, so sometimes they will have to be made as they are ordered. 

At checkout, you can verify the options available for purchase and choose the one you need. Please know that we are not responsible for any time frame USPS gives, so if you need your order quickly please allow enough time for the package to arrive.

Please send us an email, in most cases we can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivered packages that are missing. It is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

To place a custom order, please click on the Custome Orders tab on the top menu. You can fill out the form with your request and we will start a conversation about your dream earrings. Please know that a $20 design fee will be required to start the design process. The final price will be discussed and paid upfront in full for the creation of your pieces to begin.

If you think your package or mail is lost or delayed, you can follow these steps to help USPS find your mail:

  1. Check the current status of your package or mail using USPS Tracking to see its current status. If you don’t have a tracking number, you can still file a missing mail search request.
  2. Complete an online help request form before you start a missing mail search. We recommend that you use a desktop computer to submit your form. USPS will forward your request to your local Post Office facility to help locate any missing items.
  3. If after 7 business days from when you submitted your online help request form your mail or package hasn’t arrived, submit a Missing Mail search request with the following information:

When USPS receives your Missing Mail search request, they will send you a confirmation email. They will also send you periodic updates about the search. If they find your package or mail, they will send it to the address you provided. Please note, sometimes they cannot find missing mail items. It is also possible that your package or mail will not be recovered because it was not safe to forward 1.

If your mail or package included insurance, you may be able to file an insurance claim. For damaged or missing contents, we recommend filing a claim immediately, but you must file no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.

Earring Care

You can clean your jewelry pieces with soap and water, carefully using a small makeup brush dedicated to jewelry cleaning. When finished, dry them out immediately and thoroughly.

All metal tarnishes given the elements and our body oils. Metal components, like jump rings, earring hooks or decorative parts can be cleaned with just ketchup. Yes, you read that correctly. Simply rub ketchup with a cotton swab or your finger on metal parts, then leave for at least two minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then dry completely. If need be, you can rub metals parts with a dry paper towel to restore shine.

Earrings should be stored in their own box or case. You can use a plastic baggie to store them also, as this will prevent tarnishing of metals.

This is absolutely normal for polymer clay given the thickness. The thinner the earring, the bendier it will behave. This by no means indicates that you should bend them on purpose as it can stress small details on the earrings. Earings or pieces that have resin coats are harder.

Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns as my earrings are one of a kind, wearable art items. However, if any problem should arise, please contact me and together we can come up with a solution that can satisfy your situation.

If your pieces are damaged by situations outside of your control, you can repurchase them at a discounted price. Although we strive to make our jewelry durable and sturdy, polymer clay is delicate and should be handled with care.

If they were damaged in transit I will gladly replace them. Although it is not our fault, we like to make sure our customers get what they paid for. In this case, you can return the item.

That can be possible if your items were not processed and shipped. If they have, you can just return the package unopened and just purchase the desired earrings. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations have to be made within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise the sale would be final. If the order has shipped, you can return the unopened package for a full refund, however, return shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer.
